The chef Ricard Camarena launches the brine matured in anchovy ‘LETERN’ Umami de Mar, after years of collaboration and research with the anchovy master Rafael López. This anchovy essence is born from the need to look for a flavor enhancer, especially for the preparation of broths, and in general, of all its liquid cooking.
LETERN can be used both as a substitute for salt when cooking broths or as a condiment to dress finished products and dishes. This brine is characterized by a powerful flavor, lasting and unforgettable.
