Canalla Bistro México is Ricard Camarena’s first venture in America. Thanks to an agreement between the chef and Grupo Presidente, the Canalla restaurant opened in Mexico City in August 2016 at the Miyana Polanco residential development next to the Antara mall in the district of Polanco.

César Tovar, the chef of Canalla Bistro in Valencia, also directs the kitchen in Mexico. Camarena has transferred his gastronomic concept of world food, adapted to the Mexican public and tourists visiting the city, while maintaining his canalla spirit..
